John Connelly, Co-Founder

Based near Atlanta, GA with his wife, John and Janice have spent 28 years living and working throughout Africa. John has led 8 country offices in sectors of HIV, Ebola, shelter and food security. He was Team Lead in South Africa's Ebola response to Sierra Leone for Right to Care. As the crisis came to an end, John and Janice launched RTC's HIV intervention in Malawi with three partner International NGO's. As Prime, John oversaw USAID's $26m annual grant to Right to Care, Malawi. During 2017, John and Janice relocated to Zambia to expand RTC's work in three regions, including Kitwe. John and Hellen met at an HIV test site in Kitwe during this period.
